We accept payments through Paypal, which allows for Debit and Credit Card payments without a paypal account. Paypal is safe, secure and easy to use. To pay with a credit card choose the paypal option and then the "continue without a paypal account"
We combine shipping for multiple purchases!
We ship once a week (Tuesdays) as long as payment is received in time. Items are shipped via USPS. Tracking #'s are given upon request BEFORE item is purchased. Convo me if tracking # is needed. 2-7 business days for shipping in Canada, 6-12 business days for shipping to US and other countries, we are not responsible for the delays caused by the custom clearance. Faster delivery options are available upon request. Items will not be shipped until confirmation of the PayPal payment has been received. Please contact us if you have any questions.
We want you to be happy with your urbanwall decal, so do not hesitate to let us know if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Returns are available on a case by case basis, within a deadline of 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve any concerns. We will consider exchanges as well. Postage of the item back to urbanwall will be covered by the customer. Postage of any new items to the customer will be covered by the customer as well.
All sales of custom items are final.
Wall Decals adhere best to Matte, Eggshell, Satin or Semi Gloss Paint. ***We do not recommend installing on a surface with highly textured concrete or stucco or a drywall/primer finish.*****
