Refunds & Exchanges:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your jewellery once you receive it, please safely package and return the item within 14 days in the condition you received it and we will offer a full refund or exchange for another item. If you break or damage your jewellery we offer a repair service. Please email info@sollisjewellery.com with any queries.
Postage:
Within Australia: All items are carefully packaged and sent with Australia post and should reach you in between 1-4 working days.
International: All items are carefully packaged and sent by Airmail. Depending on where you are in the world your jewellery should reach you in between 3-10 days.
