SHIPPING
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. All parcels are sent via regular Australia Post. International orders ship via regular Air Mail and do not include a tracking number. Please note that shipping times depend on your location and it can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days for delivery.
If you would like insurance for your parcel, please let us know. There is an additional charge for insurance.
Rabbit & the Duck cannot be responsible for uninsured packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. Also note that any duties/customs fees incurred on the package are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customer service is very important to us! All Rabbit & the Duck products are made to a very high standard and leave our studio in perfect condition. If you have a concern with any product please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will let you know what to do. Each case is addressed on an individual basis.
