SHIPPING

I endeavour to ship items as soon as possible after I receive your order and payment (usually within one week). However, if you require the item by a specific date, please note this on your order or email me directly.

Items freighted within Australia by Australia Post's Express Post service should arrive the next day if within their Express Post network. Items freighted within Australia via registered post will take approximately 7 days.

Items freighted overseas can be dispatched via air-mail (7-10 business days), or via Express Courier International (3-5 days). Please be aware that customs fees may apply in your country.

Please note, I inspect and package all items carefully and do not take responsibility for any damage incurred in transit.

PAYMENT

By Pay-Pal, direct bank deposit, money order, or VISA / MASTERCARD

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

I will only refund an item if there is a genuine fault with the item. I will exchange items within 14 days (for example for a different colour) if the item is in the original condition and packaging. Additional freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
