Payment:

via Paypal for all orders.

Shipping:

I usually ship the day after receipt of payment. Occasionally things come up and it may be the second day after payment, but I will always let you know if there is any delay.

I ship from Australia, so please be aware of postage times and any customs issues specific to your country. Shipping from Aus to US/UK/Europe is usually only 1 week but can be up to 28 days. Other destinations may be a little longer. International customers are responsible for all fees (customs duties/taxes etc) associated with shipping to their respective countries.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Many of my items come with a specific guarantee on workmanship and this is stated at the bottom of the listing for that item.

Otherwise if this guarantee is not stated, I will refund/repair at my discretion where a manufacturing fault exists, within the first month of item being purchased.

At this time I am unable to refund for change of mind purchases.
