Narelle's Policies
**Payment**
All prices are in Australian dollars.
All payments are made through PAYPAL.
**Postage/Shipping**
All items are posted in ‘Narelle’ signature packaging & are gift ready.
Jewellery orders within Australia are posted using Registered post, therefore a signature will be required on delivery.
International orders are shipped using standard international post – up to 15 business days in most countries.
**Returns**
I take great pride in the high standard and quality of my craftsmanship, therefore I will gladly take returns if sent back within 14 days in their original, unused state.
Please email me prior to returning items for an authorization code.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

**Custom Orders**
Please allow up to two weeks delivery from payment for custom orders as my work is all 100% handmade.
