Hello there,

Take a walk through the forest of little treasures, ceramic creations and hand made pieces with LOVE. Please enjoy browsing my store and pondering on items and info (how awesome to browse without fake and pushy sales people watching your every move!). You can stay in my shop for hours and I won't kick you out! I WELCOME any, questions and comments, don't be shy, I'm really quite nice. I get lots of emails everyday so I'll do my best to get back to you in between making and running the biz!

My number 1 policy is "Treat people how you wish to be treated." and I wish to be treated with love, respect and honesty. I am committed to customer satisfaction. I want you to be over the moon with your purchase and I will do everything to ship it to you ASAP so you can enjoy it. I'm a DO IT NOW kind of girl.

I make all my pieces from my little mountain studio in the Blue Mountains about 2hrs from Sydney Australia. Every piece is made by me, by hand, from scratch. This a long process with many many steps. It takes patience and passion, but the rewards are all worth it!

Payment:

Item will be shipped once full payment is received.

If you have made and error with payments or need to cancel payment, please contact me and we will sort it out. Lets feel good about buying and selling!

Shipping:

Your item will be packaged perfectly so that it arrives to you in one piece!

Shipping international is via AIR MAIL.

If you require insurance or special requests for shipping let me know and I can arrange something for you,

Items will be packaged with recycled packaging where possible, Like a little present just for you!

If the item is a gift for someone else, I can make special tags and ship to a specific address.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Customer happiness is my priority.

Your order is packed and posted with care to ensure it reaches you in one piece. If you item arrives broken, contact me ASAP.

I use quality materials and test them all for wear and tear. Porcelain is a strong material, and is fired to a high temperature to ensure strength and durability.

Please be CAREFUL when wearing or using your items and use common sense ie, rock climbing and jewelry and not a good idea! I take no responsibility for misuse of items or breakages due to rough handling. Porcelain is also precious, treat it with care! Don't drop it on the concrete or sleep in your earrings!!!
