Welcome

Welcome and thank you for visiting my shop. Here you will find all the important information for purchasing at Linnea – Swedish Design. Please read through before purchasing. And feel free to contact me with any questions!

All of the products in the shop are hand screen printed by me, Linnea, in Melbourne, Australia. The very nature of hand screen prints is that each print is one of a kind. This uniqueness is part of the charm of hand printed items. I take great care in making sure that every print is of high quality and I always aim to keep the standard of my products very high.

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase so if for any reason you're not completely happy with your product, please let me know and we'll come up with a solution.

Payment

All payments are made via PayPal.

All items will be shipped within 5 days of receipt of payment.

Shipping

All items are shipped from Melbourne in protective packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Some products are printed to order, and may take up to 5 days to ship. I do my very best to get your purchase printed, in the mail and on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Linnea – Swedish Design is not responsible for items lost in the mail, if you want your product sent via registered post, please contact me for a quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

I aim to describe my items as accurately as possible so please read the descriptions in the product information. I make every effort to represent items accurately in descriptions and photos but despite attempts to replicate exact colours, slight variations may occur from screen to screen.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or it arrives damaged, please let me know within 3 days of receiving the package so we can find a solution - I want all my customers to be 100% happy with their products!

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
