I accept payment by pay pal.
Postage in Australia is by express post and usually arrives 1-2 days following shipping,as all my work is handmade to order please allow 7 day from receipt of payment till order is shipped (if you require it earlier please email me and I will see what I can do).
International Postage is by airmail.
I don't offer returns but if you contact me within 7days of receipt of an order (email is best)to discuss any problems I'm sure we can work something out.
As all my work is handcrafted no 2 pieces are identical so please allow for slight variations as it is these that make it clear that this piece has been handmade .
