Kanimbla Clay's Policies
Kanimbla Clay goes to great lengths to ensure each piece is well packed, padded and protected (using biodegradeable bubble wrap) so it reaches you in perfect condition.
Should you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, Kanimbla Clay will happily replace it. Please contact me immediately via email to notify me of the problem before mailing item back. Any returns should be sent back at the expense of the customer, in its original packaging and order number, within 7 days of receiving.
If there is none of that particular item in stock, there will be a minimum of a 2-3 week wait. This is due to making and drying times**, the 2 firings each piece goes through and the actual delivery time.
All tealight holders will include tealight candle.
Kanimbla Clay is not responsible for the misuse of the homewares or jewellery.
All pieces are high fired which gives each one durability and strength.
After 7 days the customer is responsible for any damage.
