Payment methods:
I choose PayPal because it is secure and easy for you and for me. You do not need to create your own Paypal account to make a payment!
You can pay with credit card: visa, mastercard, american express.
I require payment within 3 days of your purchase.
After received payment the order is shipped in secure and reliable mail. (Australia Post)

Shipping:
Please note that I am based in Australia so if you are an international customer shipping takes 7 days.
All purchase orders are ship in nice and protective box so jewelry does not get damage on the way!
I ship all orders within 1 or 2 days of receiving cleared payment. You will receive an email to inform when your order will ship.

Refunds and exchange:
I am happy if you are happy.
Please note that if you are not happy with the piece there is always a way to solve the problem.
You can return the piece to me in its original conditions for a complete refund within 7 days of receiving the order. You will be responsible for shipping cost to send the piece back to me.
