Welcome to my shop.
All designs are original and 100% handmade by me in my home studio. All items are Made To Order unless otherwise specified in their listing. You will almost never receive the piece shown in photos, unless the listing specifies that the piece is ready to ship. The items are handmade, so slight variations may occur, but I do my best to correctly reproduce each item. All fabrics are pre-washed using a gentle and biodegradable detergent.
My turn around time is about 4 weeks not including shipping time. Orders consisting of three or more items may take up to a week longer. If you are hoping to receive something by a certain date, please contact me and I'll do my best to accommodate.
Some of my pieces are constructed with intentionally raw edges. The edges may fray and weather over time, but the fraying will stop once it reaches the stitching and the durability of the piece shouldn't be affected. It is okay to trim frayed strands to your liking. Most Obi bags are constructed this way unless otherwise stated in the listing. Most Obi's can be offered with a more finished appearance for a higher price.
Payment
Prompt payment is greatly appreciated.
I will not start on orders until payment has been received. Payment installments are possible for items or orders over $100. Please contact me for details.
Shipping
ATTENTION:
I am not responsible for refunding or re-making any items lost or damaged during shipping. This very rarely occurs, but there is always a risk. Once the package has left my hands, there is nothing more I can do. I am very sympathetic to the customer's loss, however, I can't afford to spend the time and money to re-make items.
I am happy to purchase additional services at the buyer's expense to further avoid shipping problems.If you prefer a different Postal company, that is also an option. Please contact me with inquires or requests.
DOMESTIC-U.S.
Domestic orders are shipped through USPS priority or first class mail depending on the parcel weight. I purchase tracking numbers for all U.S. orders. Signature confirmation is available upon request.
INTERNATIONAL
All international orders are shipped USPS International First Class. This service does not include a tracking number. For an additional charge, Registered Mail or Priority Mail services are available and both of these services include tracking info. If you prefer a different postal company, please contact me.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to me, but please understand that I am a one woman business and I cannot offer refunds on any items.
All custom fit/fabric apparel and custom bag sales are final. No exchanges or store credits can be offered as these items cannot be offered in my shop. If something doesn't fit right, I am happy to alter it.
Exchanges and store credit will be considered on a case to case basis for all other standard size clothing, made to order bags and accessories.
All computer screens show colors differently, so please be aware that the colors of the products may differ slightly.
