I have inserts available separately for shipping WITHIN AUSTRALIA. International customers please note that inserts are expensive to ship internationally so it is worth buying or making an insert at your end.

PAYMENT
I except payments through Paypal, please note YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT to do this.

You can pay with a credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard, unfortunately not American Express) through Paypal, and not have to sign up to Paypal.

I accept direct bank transder within Australia. Please contact me for details if this is your preferred method of payment.

SHIPPING
Items ship from Canberra, Australia.
Within Australia via Express Post.

Internationally via Australia Post Registered Mail. International shipping takes between 5-15 working days to most destinations. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your item to arrive.

Please let me know if you would like insurance and I will let you know the extra cost.

I will ship your item as soon as possible after receiving your payment. I will notify you when your item has been shipped. Please contact me before purchasing if your order is urgent.

As the customer you are responsible for any import duties and taxes that are payable at your end.

I will do my best to clarify the address if you have supplied two different addresses however ultimately it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct address is supplied.

If a parcel goes missing on route to you I will do everything I can from my end to help locate it. Items are trackable but this can take time in Thailand. Once the parcel has left my hands and is with the post service I have no control over it.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible. I will refund via PayPal as soon as the item is back in my shop in as new condition. I do not refund the initial shipping fee or the cost of sending the item back.
